These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OIZPAY mobile application and website (https://ofna.in). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.

OIZPAY is a digital payment platform providing recharge, wallet, and payment-related services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers accessing the services within India.

Your use of the services is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To use OIZPAY services, you must:

  • Be a resident of India
  • Provide accurate and complete registration details
  • Comply with all applicable laws and RBI regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide correct information including mobile number, email address, and identity details where required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed through your account.

4. Services Offered

OIZPAY provides services including but not limited to:

  • Mobile & DTH recharge
  • Digital wallet services
  • Money transfer & bill payments
  • Other value-added digital payment services

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Wallet Usage

OIZPAY wallet is a semi-closed prepaid instrument governed under RBI guidelines. Funds added to the wallet can only be used for services available on the platform.

Wallet balance once added is non-refundable.

6. Fees & Charges

Certain services may attract processing fees or service charges. All applicable fees will be disclosed before transaction confirmation.

OIZPAY reserves the right to revise fees at any time in compliance with applicable laws.

7. User Obligations

  • Do not misuse or exploit the platform
  • Do not provide false or misleading information
  • Do not engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Ensure transactions are verified before confirmation

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

OIZPAY collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to such data processing.

10. Third-Party Services

OIZPAY may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or losses caused by such third-party providers.

11. Service Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted services, OIZPAY does not guarantee continuous availability due to technical, network, or force majeure events.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIZPAY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OIZPAY, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

OIZPAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms, applicable laws, or engaging in suspicious activities.

15. Amendments

OIZPAY may revise these Terms at any time. Continued usage after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
